By downloading or using Resolvr, you agree to these Terms of Use.

License

Resolvr grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions (Resolvr Pro)

• Resolvr Pro Monthly — auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly at the price displayed in the app.

• Resolvr Pro Yearly — auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly at the price displayed in the app.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

• Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Resolvr for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to generate harmful content. We may restrict access if these terms are violated.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Resolvr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
